To ensure against any future rafter rot the existing felt must be checked for deterioration, and a proper eaves protection system fitted whilst maintaining correct ventilation. 1. Remove all timber fascias, soffits and guttering

2. Check rafter ends for rot

3. Cut out rotten timber and replace where necessary

4. Install new UPVC fascias

5. Install new white 9mm ventilated soffit board

6. Install new felt along roofline to fall into new guttering

7. Install new guttering & downpipes
